Hi Judith, my little soft-spoken Angel. Or, maybe I have this all wrong because I was so loud. I presume this is THE Judith. I think everytime I was intoxicated I would slur about how much you reminded me of Blondie - which was always blaring from my little white Corvair. Yes, sweetness and kindness is what I recall from you. I think you, Cheryl & Steve were a fine grouping. Did you guys have the party where Brent and I tried to dress up as Bert & Ernie?
Thanks for your comment, Judith. I don't recall meeting you at the Canopics either but the early to mid 80s are a vast, smokey haze, so it may well have occurred.
Don't recall lofts downtown... mostly crashed at Dave and Don's places when I was there.
That's probably why story sounds vaguely familiar. Someone must have told me about it.
But I remember the contact incident like it was yesterday. I was always impressed, since I never seemed to find my contacts when I dropped them. They seemed to always vaporize. Now I'm a soft lens gal.

I read it the same way...I became confused by the positive prose that followed - I assumed what would follow was that the music totally sucked. Glad to hear this sort of thing is happening in B'ton.
