Sorry, but never got it and never will. Talented? Probably so. Something that I ever want to listen to? NO. Never bought a J5 or MJ record, ever. Closest thing was probably Double Nickles on the Dime, since it contains a tune for Michael Jackson to…

Fantastic show! Can't believe you guys only did 7 practice sessions. You sounded so tight. It was great to hear Guessing Game but I was thrilled to hear Another Day. I also like your version of The Nile Song. I had a blast.

:)

Do it again!

Excellent! I'll go. It was the Mathbats that brought me here. I'd been trying to find your music for years and Another Day is not a song you can forget easily. You opened for The Violent Femmes in Indy back in '85. Right?

Brad is difficult to get a response out of so don't take it personnally. I'll burn you a copy of the 3-O band collection for you when I get a chance. Looking back, we were REALLY self-indulgent. Maybe that's what art is?

Yeah a madman jumped on stage and shot everyone at the end of the show and we had to tell everyone to go home. Everyone got the joke. I used to carry my hunting rifle to school and put it in my locker til after class. Not the world we live in now.

How do these threads work ?! Yes Tim is the art guy. He was even pretty suave in highschool, overalls, painter pants, etc. He had a pretty swinging van (like in RocknRoll Highschool) and a hearse for awhile.
I was just in Franklin on Monday. My grandmother's at the Methodist Home

Thanks for the reply. I doubt you'll ever find that poem anywhere. Seems like we pulled it out of a physics trade magazine, which made it all the funnier to us. I put together a CD compilation of a BUNCH of 3-O band "music" a few years ago. Also, went out to NJ to see Brad and we spent a long weekend dubbing reel to reel tapes to WAV files. Got lots of stuff. Hope to post here in dribs and drabs soon.

I love procrastinating with this kind of stuff. Here is a start, no order or top 10, but what I would place in the top 100 or so: Boris, "Pink" and "Smile" and "Amplfier Worship" School of Seven Bells, "Alpinisms" Keren Ann, "Keren Ann" and "la Disp…
