- I went to Purdue.....some of my fondest memories are of basement and garage parties....listening to local bands and learning a lot about music...thank you Dan and Dwight.
These days I costume and dance butoh, ritual theater, vaudeville, circus, and cabaret shows....I love a wide range of music and am always looking for unusual collaborations.

I read it the same way...I became confused by the positive prose that followed - I assumed what would follow was that the music totally sucked. Glad to hear this sort of thing is happening in B'ton.

i heard about the DOA house but knew it was coming -- the first year we
moved in, our landlady decided to rent for a few years while she drew up
plans.
I kind of got side tracked out of music and into computer graphics during
grad school in new york. then moved out to California for work in movies
and hope of reviving some kind of band with Maury, but things didn't
work out. it's cool to see all the people on here still being creative !
we were living in SF working for George Lucas, yeah, star wars and other
stuff. got married, and have 2 wonderful daughters Margaux 7, and
Anais 5. just finished working on Bolt at Disney recently and now I'm
between projects. not exactly creative or creatively satisfying, but it's
paying the bills. been living in LA for the last 6 years, it's LA, but it's
also got more work than SF or somewhere else.
my wife and I started trading off with one working the other being domestic and now it's my turn again. she got a job doing computer graphics hair for the creatures in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. not that you follow all that movie stuff, but it's a snapshot of what we're up to. got some pics on facebook, but i'm kind of lame about getting them uploaded.
how's life in Portland ? how did you end up there - it's a cool city -
