Hey Scott, I just finished digitizing the RvT cassette. Still need to scan the cover art, but I can do that tomorrow at work. Anyway, I should be able to drop a disc into the mail Saturday morning. All I need is your mailing address.
Scott,
Nice to cross paths with you again, even if it is only virtually. I live in Nashville, TN now and work on music videos and TV shows. My folks retired and moved to Nashville, so I play guitar with my father regularly. No more road work for me... Let me know if you ever are playing down here in Tennessee. I'll come check it out.
Touring with her band in 1999 was one of the coolest sustained musical experiences I've had. We got to play all over the country in front of some big audiences. The Kerville Folk Festival was great, and the was another cool festival in Park City, UT. It was funny running into the same performers all over the place. However, for every great gig, there was a crap one -- we played numerous tiny, empty places. Somehow we ended up in the middle of some classic rock fest in deep Georgia, too. The town was like the set of a 1950s horror flick. It was surreal.
Super extra ultra cool! Since I lost my tape in 1990, I feel like I've been missing an important part of my musical past. Could you scan the cassette cover art as well?
As a trivia bonus, I'll add that Paul Mahern was the recording engineer of this tape. The sessions were at Hit City in Indy.

Marvin P. Goldstein Where are the blogathons and heated debates nowadays here at MFT?
This show was GREAT. I kept thinking how wonderful it will be to invite PGT back to the Hoosier State for a show - perhaps in an all ages venue - where some of the young music fans and musicians can experience electronic music arising from a very ...

I doubt the dude in the western shirt is very happy about this photo, whereby it appears that the creature from Alien is about to tear through the flesh of his face. Or about being gently chin-caressed by Moz. Or about singing a duet with Chris Sw...
I read it the same way...I became confused by the positive prose that followed - I assumed what would follow was that the music totally sucked. Glad to hear this sort of thing is happening in B'ton.
