Fritz just sent me a page from The Dress Code. It made me remember how much I hated that town and that high school. The only bright spot in those memories is hanging out with you and my other friends. Thank god I wasn't the only weirdo in that town!!!
You were quite the clothes-horse back then; you always had some quirky item on that you had found at top-shelf (or was it bottom shelf) resale. And your infectious laugh that always made me laugh to.

You owe me nothing!
I'm going to be in LA on Sept 29 with Calexico at the Fonda. Let me know if you're able or wanting to come out for the show....

Dude, has old age and abuse really tweaked my memory, or did we work together somewhere in Bloomington...the 7-Eleven on campus perhaps?

Yeah, me and my Highland homies still make music together. And yes, I heard all about the breakup as it happened. We've seen Elisabeth a couple times since then, once on tour and once after, and Robert a handful of times with his new GF Agnes -- she's awesome. They stayed at our place for a week earlier this year.... Hey, give a call when you're next passing through NYC!

Did I even know that you're from Valpo? Not that I recall, though it could've been lost to the mists of time. Anyway -- welcome! Can we jointly petition Elisabeth E. to make another record, or at least finish the one with Jon Spencer? Or for Robert L. to start playing drums again?

ha! remixing... I'm looking for remixers to take on a track for the Hours. I'm way out of my element here, but having a go. :)

I'm all for it! Have you lifted some stuff off cassettes? If so, can you burn them or post them here? I was planning on going down to the basement to dig out the cassette player and dump some of the tapes I have into Garageband...

I love procrastinating with this kind of stuff. Here is a start, no order or top 10, but what I would place in the top 100 or so: Boris, "Pink" and "Smile" and "Amplfier Worship" School of Seven Bells, "Alpinisms" Keren Ann, "Keren Ann" and "la Disp…
