Hello Leslie! Thanks a lot for the comment. No, I won't be able to make it to LP's concert. It would have been great to be there or better yet be one of the performers. To answer your question, yes I currently do gigs around the bay area in two different bands, That Man Fantastic and Nobody's Fault. Do you remember me at all from the Indy days? Even if you don't I remember you and I could use some more friends out here in CA! Send me some contact info if you'd like me to get in touch. Or feel free to get in touch with me or show up at one of my gigs! Below are two websites for my bands which have gigs listed (although I'm not always the bass player for That Man Fantastic these days). Also I'm including some contact stuff. I read a little about what you've been doing out here and it sounds outrageous and a lot of fun. Your picture on this site is great. I remember LP talking to me about you back in the day. It's a shame he's gone. Get in touch!

Hi Leslie, I'm Mary Lee's friend. We were supposed to meet up seven years ago when I first moved to SF. Maybe you'd still like to meet some time? I loved all of your LonPaul stories and would like to hear more. I'm working on a journal project in his memory and was hoping you'd like to add something to it. I'm living in the Tendernob these days. How about you?

Just read the memories you put up. Made me cry again...I was always so grateful to LonPaul for introducing us. I keep remembering you with your brand spankin' new learner's permit driving us around in a big ol' brick red four door listening to The Cure...

Leslie, if you'd like to get together sometime let me know! We both live in the bay area now... I wish I was in Indy right now though..

I love you, Leslie, and am so sorry for this news. When I think of LonPaul my first memory goes to you both together (and me and Gregg!) at your house...when we were little high school children. Russell and I are going to the memorial together - we'll be sending you psychic love, thoughts and prayers. Love, hugs, and kisses to you, Jenn and GR

Hi there. I actually thought about you pretty quick after I got the news. I guess associate you with LonPaul closely. I think I got to know you somewhat through your friendship with him. I wondered If you were still in contact. So glad to find you again.
I'll give you a call soon or vice versa, huh? I should be in SF this nest week for a visit.

Andy, yeah, I know what you're saying...the Lemonheads then instantly faded into multi-platinum obscurity. That's such a great perspective when most people have no idea the band even existed pre-1992. If anyone bothering to read this hasn't heard t…

Burd, I would never accuse you of being shy about speaking your mind. And I doubt anyone would have thought me anything but a raging snob from way back. And with the anti-Manilow snobbery of the post below, we continue to have plenty in common. FTR:…

John, it didn't seem like good natured to me when I went back and looked. It reeked of pretentious snobbery. Haughtiness. The funny thing is; I'd probably step up and say something if someone was doing it to you. Incidently, there are all sorts of t…
