The acid thing again in that interview with Poison Ivy. I think another huge contribution of the Cramps was to psychedelicize the punk scene. The punk drugs of choice always seemed like speed and alcohol, but the Cramps were definitely promoting t...

Hey, Jon! Great to hear from you! Yeah, Yellow Rain really ROCKED! And don't forget Moto-X --- AWESOME!

Glad you like the vintage photos from my early 80s parties---I've got more, including rare flashback photos of your St. Louis band, the Blue Obscure, from 1984. What are you up to these days? Still playing music?

After living in Missouri, San Francisco, and Colorado for 26 years, I moved back to Bloomington last summer. In the mid-1980s, I was the lead vocalist of Lurking Fear, a horror punk/death rock band based in Columbia, MO. Here's our myspace page link:

I saw Greg Phillips for the first time in about 20 years last December while he was working at Bloomingfoods. He said the last he heard, you were a family man and a teacher living in Kentucky...

Feel free to call me on my cell phone:

Take care, Craig

I'm down to a DOD Flashback Fuzz, a Rat, a Maxon overdrive (generic Tube Screamer, used for a clean boost) a Boss 6 band footswitch EQ, and a Morley volume pedal. I sure would like to have a Memory Man.
