I, like many others here, was lucky enough to spend my teen years in the eighties hanging out downtown in Bloomington. The Daily Grind, People's Park, The Union....Smokes from The Den for 99 cents and every night seemed to be an adventure fueled by a Punk Rock soundtrack. It's good to see so many familiar faces and names along with where you've been and where you are. I'll have to update here soon when I get some more time...

Jeanne - sorry I haven't gotten back with you on FB yet as I don't get on the PC very often when I'm home. Luckily, I ran across this site while perusing the web while at work and noticed several old B-towners on it, including yourself. So, are you still in Terre Haute with the family? I’ve been to a lot of house shows over the last nine years that I’ve been in Bloomington. Sometimes these shows are incredible and fill me with hope for the future of local music in this town. Other times they make me wonder why I didn’t stay home...
