I graduated from Purdue in 1989. After various illustrating and design jobs, I moved to the High Desert and pursued a teaching career. I currently teach Kindergarten.
I was in Santa Barbara for all of 2006 and 2007. Moved back to Chicago on 1/2/2008. No, I've worked for Four Seasons Hotels for 8 years now and was the Director of Sales at our property there in Santa Barbara. I'm doing the same now, but represent all of our hotels globally (instead of just one). It's a really great job and allows me to travel all over and check out lots of different scenes...which I love. I do miss the surfing and warm weather of CA desperately.... What do you do now?
It's allll good. Although I am freezing my ass off here in Chicago and missing Santa Barbara this week very badly! Have you seen a movie called "We Jam Econo"? It's about the Minutemen and I highly recommend it. Mike Watt tells a funny story about how early on they didn't know that bands had to tune..they just thought some guys liked their strings tight and some preferred them looser ...at least you're beyond that! I have some great old pix to share...just need to find them ! Have a good one !

Kids! They don't allow kids in my community. Ceptin' when they come around and sing those dang-blasted Chrismy carols.
Yes Virginia I did have hair and it was black. The hair now is 1/8" long (short) and gray (Beard too). I'll have to find a current digi-pic to post. What a hoot. Where's Joe?

I was sure it was you. For some reason, I was wearing a suit (maybe it was Elizabeth's "Black Wedding" night) and we were doing "whippets." Anyway, there were other people there and we were all kind of covering ourselves, except for the guy I thought was you. We were all impressed at how unashamed he/you were. Maybe you should just "adopt" the story and claim the credit for future "locker-room" tales of glory?
What's happening? It's RBob. I was searching for some I ala Flambe (Sp) for Paulie Burch und I came upon this site. I'm avoiding law enforcement in Cincinnati.
Give yourself a little more credit on the music tip, eh? ;-)
Our daughter, 10, is taking piano and cello, and I was thinking about following along with her lessons. But I'm even lazier about practicing than she is.
You might remember my wife Beth from PU. She's an art teacher on Indy's west side.
Dwight,
Great to find you here. I'm gonna have to dig up some old photos myself. Any idea where R-Bob is now? I last saw him near Pittsburgh at a show but that was 10 years ago.
Some good friends of mine forwarded me this info. I have helped a little with this event and would love to see some MFT bands playing the show. Contact Julie for more info julie@workonyacht.com

You know who you are, come out and be counted!
Did you spend countless nights at Second Story?
Did you eat at Rockits?
Can you barely remember the 1990s?
Hey Ian get in touch with me while you are in town, it would be great to talk to you even if it's just on the phone.
I sent you a message with my fone number!
hey all!
looks like i might be darkening the door of Indianapolis this weekend. anything i need see/do? i haven't been the state for almost 6 years.. all i have planned is to hit the MCL and QLs in Muncie..
Warped Tour was a blast! NOFX, Anti-Flag, Bad Religion, Flogging Molly, and The Ataris all put on good shows. Hadn't slam danced in years before this; I don't remember it being that tiring.

Isn't this great fun? What are you doing out there in Cali? Playing any music?
