Photo and audio-documentarian of the Purdue band scene from approximately 1984 to 1993. Carrie Newcomer used one of my shots on her debut album cover, as did East of Eden. I recorded the 1994 Indoor Boy (Don Baker) single.
For awhile, I was involved with Matt Sharp's Vergiftung and then I carried the badge into the early 90's as it morphed into something more melodic.
In this decade, I have contributed a few things to Matt's Mathgeeks project, but have been working on Being Responsible and Playing With Nikons.
I've got a few olden-days recordings to digitize and share as well.

I don't remember it being so high contrast, but since you'd taken pictures of everybody else I thought I'd return the favor. This pic was taken at the so-called "Last Show", which was a pretty lousy performance (though I got a cool pic out of the deal).

ever consider having a compressor as the last pedal? I find it can nicely pasteurize the sound before hitting the amp, not always needed but can be nice for solos especially cleaner solos without much distortion.
