Dude! So sorry I missed your show... (The punishment was built-in--namely, I missed the show!) I was hoping to make it down but had some serious problems with ice that ruined everything in that regard. Heard the show was awesome.
Hi Dave! Nice to hear from you. Oh, how I love the pictures you've posted. Laird and Sheba....awwww.
Alas, I do not live near the coast. It takes five hours to get to either the southern or the mid-Oregon coast. But I still make certain to do that a couple of times each year. And that's where I'll be for my upcoming 40th birthday. (how in the #($@ did that happen?!)
I do sometimes drive a pick-up. My husband has a wonderful 89 Toyota that is sometimes the only thing that will go through the snow. Most of the time though it's my all-wheel drive Honda that gets me around.

Burd, I would never accuse you of being shy about speaking your mind. And I doubt anyone would have thought me anything but a raging snob from way back. And with the anti-Manilow snobbery of the post below, we continue to have plenty in common. FTR:…
John, it didn't seem like good natured to me when I went back and looked. It reeked of pretentious snobbery. Haughtiness. The funny thing is; I'd probably step up and say something if someone was doing it to you. Incidently, there are all sorts of t…
