I am a mortal man who really gets something out of sad songs. But thats not all...my musical preferences lie all over the map. I hate pigeon holing.I love playing my acoustic guitar. I also love to plug in a telecaster and turn it up to 11 from time to time. I perform my own originals and I am lucky to have some close friends who are some of the best songwriters who've ever lived, as far as i'm concerned. Tese friends allow me to interpret their music in my own ways. I get alot out of playing solo or duo...but tere aint nothing like having a mighty, powerful, tight band behind me to act as avehicle to carry the music where it deserves to go. I have that in THE RHINESTONES.
What bands are you or have you been in?
Crabtree's Trunk featuring The Rhinestones (The Trunkstones), the Highway Kind, FolkOff, Oddeo, Old Peculiar
I keep track of what I listen to, so honestly most of what I give a play is more older music, but these are the ones from the last decade that I listened to the most.
