- I'm from around Bloomington, been here most of my life. Recently started learning guitar. Don't know if I'll ever play for other people, but I love playing for me. Having been around b-town in the 80's and 90's, I have fond memories of a lot of the bands listed here.

I read it the same way...I became confused by the positive prose that followed - I assumed what would follow was that the music totally sucked. Glad to hear this sort of thing is happening in B'ton.
