Just got the deluxe reissue of Reckoning by REM, the bonus disc is the show we went to at the Aragon in 84. How cool were we?

I don't think our dear old friend responds to anything electric unless it contains tubes. Actually he mentioned seeing some links of this place you sent him and I know he's been to Bill Nelson's site, so he's just weak with the reply. Did the same thing to me.

There are some wonderful Be Bop Deluxe vids out there for sure, I think I won some points with him because my other bass is a vintage p-bass (reissue of course) like good old Charlie Tumahai had. The guitar player I'm playing with now started playing Sister Seagull out of the blue recently, funny how they are back on my radar.

I found your page via a search for an old friend, Brian Baldus, from his Sign Language days at IU. I recently made contact with Jyl (Sammons), and decided to look up Brian. Do you mind letting me know the circumstances of his passing?
