Comment by Ryan Sprowles on November 20, 2009 at 3:36am - I don't know that it does. It sounds fine in the context of the band. I don't buy all the true-bypass hype and employ many buffered pedals. This was for the one take attempt. Plenty of overdubs with just the essential pieces.

- I'd also like to point out that two of these pedals (the plain metal ones) are from Indiana's own RonSound. The larger one is a clone of an original triangle Big Muff that Ron apparently loaned out for use on Super-Elastic by Velo-Deluxe.

I read it the same way...I became confused by the positive prose that followed - I assumed what would follow was that the music totally sucked. Glad to hear this sort of thing is happening in B'ton.
