To be a member of the CRFA you should have been raised or lived in the Christian world and been at one time or another a fan of "Christian" rock music. Whether you currently profess the faith is kinda irrelevant for this group.

I think equal time for other religion's rock is a great. Just keep it out of my Christian rock thread, man!!

Kidding. I think a comparative study is often interesting. Is there Shinto rock? Taoist, etc?

I'll start a new discussion above and see what happens.

as ashamed as i am of this former love of mine, i couldn't resist. though it seems i may be the youngest member in the group...i don't suppose anyone else was front row for that newsboys concert tour with the double spinning drums?

Jeb, Yeah, that's a good comparison for the Altar Boys, Clash ripoff. Not a whole of lot of musical ground-breaking going on in the Xtian rock world. Everything's kind of a rip-off of something secular.

I have the "77's" album (well cassette...). It is good.
Jeb Banner Comment by Jeb Banner on January 13, 2009 at 5:13pm
in Chicago, I might have an extra copy of at least one of them, I buy it whenever I find it. The second LP was just called "77s" and released on Island. As good as "All Fall Down".

Sean- I had "Gut Level Music"! Not bad Clash rip off if I recall.

Okay Jeb - 1) where'd you find All Fall Down? And 2) What Was In That Letter?
