Official Walking Ruins reunion show anticipation thread

So I am hearing that this is on FRIDAY, JUNE 20th. I got confused and thought it was on Saturday, but NO. Can someone confirm this for me again?

I am at a music festival in Louisville that weekend and was only planning on visiting B-ton earlier in the week, but HOW CAN I MISS THIS?!?! That's right, I can't. So I'm driving back AGAIN just to be there for one night, blowing off a buncha psychedelic bands at Terrastock, most of which I can totally live without. Just don't talk to me about the Helena Espvall/Masai Batoh set, OK?. I wish this Ruins gig had been on Saturday but there ya go.

My Questions:

1. Where is the show and who else is playing?
3. Who else besides some of the Matthew clan and I are coming from out of town?
2. Do people want to get together for dinner before the show? I plan on getting back into town around 6 PM.
3. Can somebody put my girlfriend and I up for the night? We come prepared with pads and sleeping bags, really we just need a floor or a back yard.

Oh boy. The cat is out of the bag. Yes, the Walking Ruins will play Uncle Festers on Friday, June 20th. The rest of the line up as yet undecided. We will be releasing "Cannon Fodder For The Class War" on disc, some 16 years after recording, along with bonus material. Plus we will be celebrating the return of The Brits, or 'Oomph and Andy as I call them, for long anticipated return to our humble town (I call it Obamington in honor of all the yard signs). Th-th-th-that's all, folks!

no, Dan is referring to some hideous bar the name of which thankfully escapes me (unless it really WAS Urban Cowboy, shudder) that was upstairs in Dunkirk Square, above the old Bakery and on the same floor that Roscoe's used to be on. If my memory is correct. Should be cool to see the Ruins there.

BW3 was up near Eigenmann on 10th.

Yes, it's where BW3 used to be. Next to the old Daily Grind (now Falafels). Just head for ye olde bakery in Dunkirk Square, look towards the parking lot behind and you'll see it. Or just follow the trail of drunken frat boys and Bud Light bottles strewn around.

I know there was a BW3 in Dunkirk square in teh 90's... Dave and I went there a lot and Tom Hayden would give us these MASSIVE Long Island ice teas.
